Set up your study camp in the Scoutshuis
The brand new Scoutshuis is located in a newly done out office block on the Plantin and Moretuslei and might just be the nicest study space you’ve ever been to! The Scout House serves as sleeping quarters for scouts and other groups but the meeting halls in the building are perfectly suited to the needs of revising students.

Time for a break
There is absolutely no need to leave the Scout House if you are in need of a break! Feel like sunning yourself with a fresh breeze blowing through your hair? Then head for the roof terrace! Rather keep your feet on solid ground? Then why not hang out in the garden! Perhaps you would rather stay inside? Then draw up a chair in the dining room or meeting area. The Scoutshuis is located near Zurenborg, one of the most pleasant parts of Antwerp. It’s just a short walk to the Dageraadplaats where you have a huge choice of lunch spots: for tasty sushi go to Kabuki, for hotdogs and such like head for Aan het Strand van Oostende, or lay your hands on everything you need for a tasty picnic at bakkerij Gijbels. Once you’ve finished studying for the day you can head to Draakplaats to treat yourself to a drink in Den Draak or Gitanes, or tuck into some comfort food at Pizzeria Bellini. For an active study break head to the neighbours (Zwembad Plantin Moretus) for an invigorating dip.

Getting there
Scoutshuis is at walking distance from Antwerpen-Berchem station. On your bike? Then leave it in a bike stand in the vicinity of the building. There is also a Velo station on the street corner. A number of buses and trams have a stop close to the Scout House, tram 24 and bus 20 for example. Check out www.slimnaarantwerpen.be for your best route!
